Teddy Bear Baby Card

This week, I made a simple baby card for a boy. Of course the colors can be changed for a girl and teddy bears work for any little cutie :).

I used a teddy bear stamp that I got a long time ago, so I'm sorry that I can't tell you where I got it, but any teddy bear stamp or die cut would work great. Even another animal would be cute, such as an elephant from Inkadinkado's Baby Boy Stamps or a giraffe from Inkadinkado's Baby Girl Stamps.  I also had a button that I tied ribbon through, and another stamp with a baby saying that I from Hobby Lobby. He Is Risen Easter Card

I also used a Gold Cross Dazzles Sticker and 2 gold roses. The Gold Roses came in a bunch that I got for .50 at Hobby Lobby. I just snipped two off to hot glue to the front of the card.  Thanks for stopping by!

Thumb Bunny Loves You Easter Card

This is a cute card idea I found on Pinterest, and I changed it up a bit. You can get the Thumb Bunny Loves You on a word document on my website: Easter Card Sayings.

All you need is the printout, cardstock, an ink pad to make the fingerprint, a pen to make the face, and optional googly eyes and a tiny pompon for the tail. Easy, fast & kids love it!

Bridal Shower Handmade Card

I had a bridal shower to go to this weekend, and this old fashioned lady image reminded me of the bride :). So I just had to think of a way to use it in my card. You can visit Bridal Shower Card and save the image to your computer to print for yourself.

I colored in her hat with Cotton Candy Stickles and added a few clear gems. I also sprayed the image with Iridescent Gold Glimmer Mist, which can't be seen in the photo, but just added a nice glimmery touch to go along with the shiny ribbon and pearlized cardstock I used for the base card.

Simple Sympathy Handmade Card

It's not fun having the occasion to make a sympathy card, yet those times come and I needed one for this past week. I  have experienced that gratefulness several time over of knowing that friends are helping bear your sorrow through this simple gesture.

I like the neutral approach to Sympathy cards, so I chose gray and white for this card. I used a small flower punch, adhesive pearls, a tag, and a sympathy stamp. I also embossed the front of the card with a swirls design so it wouldn't be too plain. I hope you enjoy this easy card!

Man's Pocket Watch Greeting Card

This is a very quick card that works well for a guy. Just change the greeting and it is great for Father's Day, birthdays, or whatever occasion you have in mind. I used Graphic 45's gorgeous paper, A Timely Point of View. The paper covering the front of the card is the design on the backside of the paper and the old-timey pocket watch is one I cut from the front side of the paper, as you can see below. There are lots of nice pocket watches on this paper!



Also for this card, I used a small piece of twine and an antique copper primitive star brad. The greeting is one I typed into Word and printed. Enjoy :).
