There are lots more, but these are a few of the more popular items that I keep running out of, so hurry scurry if you want them this time :o) Happy crafting and I also wish you a safe and very happy new year!

Christmas Present Card

If you have a small envelope punch, such as McGill round envelope punch, this is an easy card to make and you can even put extra little messages inside the envelopes for fun!

You will need:

Red A4 Card

White Cardstock

Patterned Paper

3-4 scraps of coordinating paper, big enough to punch an envelope

Vellum

Optional:

6 mini brads

Small pieces of craft string

Glue Dots, Glue Stick

Or

Small piece of ribbon

Instructions:

Cut a piece of white card stock slightly smaller than your A4 card and adhere to the front of your card.

Cut a piece of patterned paper slightly smaller than the white and adhere. Do the same with the vellum, again making it slightly smaller than the patterned paper and adhere.

Punch 3 small envelopes and fold as indicated on the punch.

For the brad & string option, place a mini brad through the top & bottom flap and wrap a small string around both brads to complete your closure. Adhere the envelopes to the front of the card with glue dots.

For the ribbon option, simply fold the envelope as indicated on the punch, then tie a ribbon around and make a loose knot or tie it in a bow. When you put the glue dot on the back, make sure it goes covers the ribbon too, as well as the part of the envelope so the ribbon doesn't slip off when it's untied to reveal your special secret message inside :o)

Another easy Christmas card...

Here's another easy -to-make Christmas card that you can whip together in a hurry! You will need:

1 red paper flower (2")

2 small red paper flowers (1")

1 green leaf

1 "joy" die cut

A4 red card

Beige Cardstock

Patterned Paper

Vellum Paper

Glue Stick

Glue Dots

3 mini gold brads

Instructions:

Cut a piece of beige cardstock slightly smaller than the front of your card and glue to the front (5.25" x 4").

Cut a piece of patterned paper (mine was a Santa Postage Stamp pattern), slightly smaller than the beige card (5" x 3.75") and glue to the front.

Cut a piece of vellum paper for layering on top of the patterned paper (4.5" x 3") and glue that on top of the patterned paper.

Place brads in the middle of the flowers and arrange them in the top left of the card along with the green leaf. I find it easier to attach the flowers with glue dots. It gives them a nice 3-D look, and the glue dots also stick better than any glue I've ever tried. The flowers I used were Prima, and already had the gold glitter on them.

For the "Joy" die cut, if you don't have one (I made mine with the Cricut), either write it on with a thicker tip pen, or stamp and cut it out. Either way, you will have an easy card that makes a beautiful statement. Find more free card patterns here: http://www.dinglefoot.com/how-to-make-a-handmade-greeting-card/

Christmas Elf Word Art..

Here's what I've been working on recently :o). Cute little elfin word art for you digital scrapbooking projects! Actually, they are in 300 dpi, so they're just perfect for printing too if you don't do digital scrapbooking. They are also great for your personal websites. You can use them for anything, as long as you don't sell what you make with them.

All 51 words are on a transparent background and are a very generous size so you can easily re-size them without compromising the quality of the graphics. (I had to re-size the word "Christmas" because it's too big for this screen.)

I hope all of you have a wonderful holiday season & get to spend time with your family and friends. :o)

Christmas Cardinal Card

A friend of mine just made this cardinal iris folding pattern and graciously allowed me to have a copy! I just love it. I made this card with two different ribbons featuring red & silver patterns. The branch is made from a double-folded piece of patterned paper. I also used silver snowflake outline stickers & then I wrote the greeting with a silver glitter gel pen.

Hope you're all having fun crafting for Christmas! Seems like the time is going by too fast, as always. Best wishes to all of you for the holidays :o)
